Rachel Hiew (born in London, England), is a singer and an actress who currently resides in Berlin, Germany. She is most famous for playing the character of Sylvia Weng-Chung in 1992, on the popular soap opera, EastEnders. She is also sister to leading British poker player Graham Hiew.
