This article is about the singer, Holly Golightly is also the name of the protagonist in the Truman Capote novel Breakfast at Tiffany's, played by Audrey Hepburn in the film version Holly Golightly (born Holly Golightly Smith) is an English singer-songwriter. She is a former member of the all-girl garage band Thee Headcoatees, the female incarnation of Billy Childish group Thee Headcoats. For her solo career, she draws from Soul, Rhythm and Blues and Girl-Group-sound of the 1960s or earlier. She has released thirteen studio albums of her own and has collaborated with other artists, most notably The White Stripes; she is featured on the track "It's True That We Love One Another" from Elephant. Jack White produced her 2003 album "Truly She Is None Other". Two of her songs are featured on the soundtrack of the Jim Jarmusch movie Broken Flowers. She is also a collector of rare old songs which she often covers. A new album is anounced for summer 2006. Discography
