Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram is scheduled to hold a grand performance with a number of Iranian singers on March 26 in Dubai.
Nancy has just released the music video for the song “Moujaba Moughrama” (Interested and in Love).
The singer intends to release a new version of her popular hit “Ya Tabtab,” featuring a young boy whispering phrases such as “Ya Tabtab” (Love You Nancy) throughout the song.
Recently Ajram instigated a dispute between her and Moroccan singer Samira Saeed.
During an interview Nancy stated that she was not so familiar with Samira, and many interpreted Nancy’s remarks as an indication of her superiority.
Nancy tried to justify her remarks, explaining that she knows Samira is a very prominent singer, but that she does not know her personally and was unsure if she is Algerian or Moroccan.
The new album, "Yatabtib YaDala’a" (I will Either Comfort or Spoil) features ten songs. Nancy filmed the main song of the album "Atabtib" in the form of a music video under the direction of Nadine Libky in the southern Lebanese city of Saida.
