A new problem erupted between Elissa and the composer Marwan Khoury, when khoury sold the song he composed for Elisa entitled "Kermalek" for the Libyan singer Amira who took part with Shab Jilani in a due entitled "Ya habibi" (My lover).

The song was released at the time when Elissa's album was available in the market, which made Elisa furious and consequently, Rotana took a step against Amira's song and filed a case against Marwan Khoury.
