The highly acclaimed rap group from Palestine, Dam has released their newest album “Dedication.” Critics predict the album will take Arabic rap music to a new level. Dam consists of three talented rappers and composers who have been in the game for more than ten years now. Their sizzling new album includes fifteen terrific tracks spearheaded by the opening track “Ma Li Huriye” (Why don’t I have freedom”), referring to the existence of Palestinians under Israeli occupation. The album features ‘Revolution,’ an Arabic Reggae track, ‘My Lady,’ an R&B track, along with an amazing blend of upbeat hip hop and Arabic Debkah music. “The record buzzes with energy and promises very good things for the future,” says the Daily Telegraph, and Le Monde says the artists are “the spokesmen of a new generation.” |
