Prime Minister Fouad Saniora said national dialogue meetings will be held under the title of "the defense strategy."

"Just as Parliament is master of itself, so are the participants (in the dialogue)," Saniora said in remarks published by several newspapers on Saturday.

"They (participants) decide what they want, and in light of discussions the dialogue timetable will be set," he added.
