Rola Mahmoud has suddenly fallen ill, delaying the upcoming film "Ma Feesh Ghair Kida" (Nothing Besides This), starring Egyptian Nabila Obeid.
Rola, who plays Nabila's eldest daughter in the film, began suffering from severe back pain caused by a recent car accident.
Nabila has stood by Rola’s side, visiting her on a regular basis to check on her recovery. Rola has called on all her fans to pray for her quick recovery.
The film, directed by Khaled Al Hajjar, stars young Egyptian actors Hanan Turk, Ahmad Azmi, and Khaled Abu El Naja, who play the roles of her children.
The film revolves around a mother who dreams that her children will become famous singers, and Nabila and her children perform a song written especially for them by Kawthar Haikal.
Nabila has suddenly withdrawn from the joint Egyptian-Kuwaiti drama, “Lilbai’ lidawa’e El Safar” (For Sale Due to Travel). The drama, which was scheduled to be aired during the month of Ramadan, is written by Mohammad Yousef and directed by Khaled Al Mufaidi.
