According to the London daily Elaph, Elaine achieved great success at an early age with the release of her first song “Sababeen Al Shai” (You That Pours Tea). Elaine appeared to be fun, yet naughty and audiences loved her.

Her real success throughout the Arab world came with her other song “Lali Leeh” (Oh My), which granted her status as a first class singer.

Elaine suffered setbacks after she split from her manager Jiji Lamara, who turned her attention to Nancy Ajram.   Then Elaine released her album “Sodfah” (By Chance) produced by ‘Alam Al Fan Production Company,’ and did not accomplish the success she that she desired.

Elaine also suffered personally, compounded by Israeli attacks against Lebanon during the summer of 2006 and decided to take a break from singing. 
Elaine then regrouped and hired a new crew to produce a fresh album, including a solo single called “Ba’dak Al Bal” (You are Still on My Mind).  The album’s success brought back her self esteem and production companies began extending her offers.

Elaine pays for her own production and she says she will continue doing so as long as she has a good singing career and can afford it.

There are discussions between her and production companies to produce a new album.  For the time being she is in the process of recording a new song with distributor Hadi Shararah.
