The secret behind Rula Saed’s fit figure

Lebanese singer Rula Saed revealed that she has been on a strict diet after she gained seven kilos during the making of her first film in Egypt. She said that during her stay in Egypt she ate fried Egyptian foods on a daily basis and had neglected to maintain a healthy diet. Rula also stated that she did not exercise at while she was Egypt, due to her full schedule filming. Rula, who prefers to base her diet on fruits and vegetable rather than meats and fatty foods, stated that she does not want to be really skinny. She believes figures of Middle Eastern women are much more attractive and appealing than those of Western women.
