Lebanese signer Nancy Ajram is in the process of working on her upcoming album and has decided to cooperate once more with Lebanese composer Samir Safir on a new song written by Lebanese poet Nizar Francis titled “Meen Ghairi Ana” (Who besides me?).
According to the London based Elaph, Nancy will also be working with a number of Egyptian poets and composers like poet Mustafa Marsi who has written a new song titled “Zaman Kan Indi Qalb” (In the past I had a heart). This new song will present a new style of singing for Nancy that has not been used in the past. Both new songs will be distributed by Egyptian music distributor Tariq Madqur, whose cooperation with Nancy has proved to be a very fruitful one filled with success.
It is known that poet Samir Safir only grants his songs to singers under the condition that the song be filmed in a music video to ensure the expansion of its success, but in Nancy’s case it is not yet known whether this condition still applies and Samir is satisfied with the mere fact that Nancy will be singing it. |
